Hi, I’m Rebecca
🤍 If you've been holding everything together on the outside, while quietly feeling lost, disconnected, and unlike yourself on the inside, I see you. Because I've been there too.
My own turning point came on 23rd June 2023, when I realised alcohol no longer served me or reflected who I was becoming. Choosing sobriety was the moment I stopped abandoning myself and finally chose me.
My healing journey wasn't linear. It was messy, uncertain, and humbling at times. But through it, I built something I didn't know I was missing: genuine strength, resilience, and a slow, steady path back to who I really am.
Now, I help you do the same. To come home to yourself, rebuild your confidence, and feel like you again. Not the version of you that's just coping, but the one who's truly alive.
“What’s really going on beneath the surface”
You are not broken.
You have just spent years carrying pain, pressure and emotional weight you were never meant to hold alone. Being the strong one. Showing up for everyone else while quietly disappearing from yourself in the process.
And somewhere along the way, you stopped trusting yourself.
Your intuition.
Your feelings.
Your decisions.
Your worth.
Now you overthink everything because you no longer feel safe within yourself. You second guess who you are, shrink to keep the peace and carry an exhaustion that nobody else fully sees.
You have survived so much. But surviving is not the same as living. And deep down, you know that.
The woman you've been waiting to become? She is not gone. She has been waiting for you to finally choose her.
“Where I come in”
You've been strong for so long, you've forgotten what it feels like to simply be.
I help you reconnect with yourself on a deeper level so you can feel grounded, emotionally safe, clear and confident in who you truly are again. Not by overwhelming you. Not by forcing you to become somebody else. But by gently guiding you back to yourself, one layer at a time.
Maybe you've spent so long being strong for everyone else that you no longer know how to be soft with yourself. On the outside, you look like you're coping. You still show up, keep going and carry the weight of everything on your shoulders. But internally, you feel exhausted, disconnected from yourself and stuck in survival mode quietly wondering when life started feeling so heavy.
You've probably spent years abandoning your own needs just to keep the peace, pouring into everyone else while silently running yourself empty. Shrinking yourself to fit into spaces that were never really built for you. Saying yes when every part of you wanted to say no. And somewhere along the way, you lost the thread back to yourself.
Maybe you've convinced yourself this is just who you are now. The overthinking. The emotional exhaustion. The anxiety, self-doubt or numbness that follows you into every room. The feeling that no matter how much you do, it's never quite enough. But deep down, there's a part of you that knows you were made for more than just surviving.
You were made to feel at home in yourself. To move through life with ease rather than effort. To stop performing okayness and actually feel it. That version of you isn't lost she's just been waiting for permission to come back.
This is where that journey begins.
